We can assist with improving communication skills among employees at all levels within the organisation. We provide solid training that assists both employees and employers to communicate with one another effectively.
We have two programmes, one for senior staff (dispute resolution, giving constructive feedback, working with difficult staff, delivering messages in a clear and focused manner), and one for more junior employees (improving assertiveness, dealing with constructive feedback, raising confidence and presenting their work in a clear manner).
